Introduction

Andras Gedeon

For a decade and a half, I have been working to raise awareness of occupational safety and health objectives. I have worked extensively with OHS issues and their current developments in public administration, the civil and competitive sectors, and in the media.

Words, without underestimating their power, were followed by actions. As an OHS consultant, developing good solutions based on safety, legality and sustainable operation in a wide variety of workplaces is a varied and challenging task, as is finding the right keywords, arguments and levers to convince managers and employees.

We know that creating really good rules and measures and establishing a suitable working environment is not easy. However, the real challenge lies in changing mindset and habits. I believe this is the essence of EHS.

I am delighted to practise this profession alongside like-minded colleagues and managers in the Pro-Mees team.
