Experience

After six years of experience as a manufacturing and production manager, I worked for 20 years in occupational safety, fire safety, industrial safety, and in addition to all this, I worked 3 years in environmental protection. We performed tasks in a team, of which I first became a member and later the manager. It has always been important to me to provide solutions that can be effectively applied in practice while complying with regulatory requirements. This mindset was greatly aided by my manufacturing experience. I gained my experience in a hazardous industrial corporate area, thus I have confident and responsible professional knowledge in the EHS field, whether it is regarding the establishment of a new plant/technology or the operation/development of existing systems and processes.

I see my work primarily as a calling, which for me also means self-actualization and commitment. My goal is to strengthen people-centered and conscious EHS thinking and to implement it in everyday life.

As a goal-oriented person, I am motivated by continuous challenges and renewal. I like to learn new technologies, techniques, and processes, and my thinking is characterized by a systems approach. I am open to changes and new tasks, as I believe that every new project brings new challenges and invaluable learning opportunities.

I believe safety is not a tool, but a mindset. My mission is to work at a high professional level for more conscious safety in the interests of sustainable and safe workplaces and processes.
