Why Pro-MEES Ltd.?
- Because I believe that the most important thing is safety, both professional and human.
- Because we tailor each assignment to a company/professional group, so we always deliver effective, diverse and inclusive knowledge
- Because team is very important to me, and here I can be part of a team where the principle of “one for all, all for one” is truly true
- Because it represents something that I find really valuable based on my experience so far
My experience
As a trainer and organisational developer, I have experienced the huge role that leaders play in shaping and representing values. I love to drive the change that helps leaders, teams and organisations understand and authentically represent the very important values of EHS in their daily lives. Connecting to such values with faith, and representing the knowledge, love and importance of safety every day, whether in training, on an EHS day or in other forums, is a real joy for me. As an in- and outdoor trainer I had the opportunity to get to know multinational organisations in depth, to observe how managers and teams work and collaborate, and to recommend and implement tailor-made programmes that boosted the cooperation of teams. My immense love for nature and sports, be it cross-country skiing, hiking, skiing, diving, has helped me a lot in outdoor programmes.
About me
- Collaboration, belief in the power of shared thinking
- Calmness and deliberation
- Empathy and acceptance of different perspectives and attitudes
- Positive attitude to difficult situations and a “welcome problem” approach
My hobbies
Travel is my true passion, I have been lucky enough to learn about and experience many different cultures, from Africa to Asia.
What inspires me is vintage motorcycle building-restoration, sidecar motorcycling
Nature and sport in all its forms.
I could say that I feel at home on land, water and air, but that wouldn’t be true, because I’m so afraid of heights that I’m seriously terrified of the second rung of the ladder… 🙂
