Introduction

Experience
I’ve been working in occupational safety since 2017 and have gained a lot of experience along the way. In 2020, I successfully completed my studies as a fire protection engineer. In 2022, I obtained my occupational safety engineer degree.
At the beginning of my career, I spent five years in an occupational health & safety and fire protection consulting company, where I became familiar with the occupational safety specifics of industrial areas, especially in the metal, wood, and construction industries.
Later on, I had the opportunity to gain insight into the world of API manufacturing, which also contributed to my professional development.
Characteristics of my work
Establishing and nurturing good human relationships are crucial to me, as this significantly contributes to the effectiveness of my work. I am an advocate of efficiency and simplicity, always striving to find the best and most practical solutions through my creativity.
I always stand on the side of common sense, simplicity, and reasonableness, regardless of the subject, but this is especially true when it comes to occupational safety. I prefer clear and straightforward rules and try to adhere to and apply all regulations as they are written. However, my goal is never to overprotect employees or impose unjustified burdens on them.
I have often observed that people’s awareness of occupational safety declines when their work becomes complicated due to excessive and incomprehensible rules. For me, the ideal balance between work and occupational safety means providing employees with adequate protection without unnecessarily restricting or complicating their tasks.
Common sense and respect for each other are essential to me, and I strive to help people understand the importance of this balance.
